Article: How long is the ideal nap?

Here is an interesting article from the BBC about the length of the ideal nap.  Most experts seem to say that between 20 and 30 minutes is ideal.

  1. I am an insomniac especially during times of stress. If I need help,
    generally, I take Benadryl. I have heard that antihistamines *may*
    hinder follicle development, so I am looking for an alternative.
    Anyone know if Melatonin would be okay?
